HOW TO BUILD FOOD DRIVE

To Build a stronger drive, does not need to take a long time. Set aside 48 hours to start it.

**FAST YOUR DOG FOR 24 HOURS**

Are you cringing? Don't. Fasts are healthy once in a blue moon. For people and dogs. It allows the digestive track to have a break. Dogs also do not have the same digestive tract as we do.

**IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER ANIMAL**

Feed your other animals in a separate room.

**LESSEN THE PORTION AMOUNT OF FOOD**
If you normally feed your dog 3 cups of food in total/day. You will lessen the amount. Approx. by 1/3- (so for this example, by one cup). You are going to replace that missing kibble portion with a type of treats. (1 cup of treats in this example). Put it all in a Tupperware container and mix it up.

**YOU WILL NO LONGER BE FEEDING OUT OF THE BOWL**
Put the bowl away! You are going to be getting your dog to work for ALL of their food, but taking small handfuls out a time.
~~WORK & FEED YOUR DOG RANDOMLY IF POSSIBLE- DON'T DO IT AT THE SAME TIME EACH DAY~~

**AFTER 24 HOURS- YOU ARE READY TO START TRAINING YOUR DOG**
Remember to also have fun with your dogs. Be exciting. The energy you put into it, WILL come out in your dogs demeanour. If you want them to be stoked for things, you better be too!!!

FINISH ON A HEEL-FLIP & BY FINISH

The "Heel" Command is an impressive show of your hard work and the relationship with your dog. It's another drill to get your dog to WANT to pay attention to you. This video will show you three different positions, all of them are equally impressive.

Have some fun with this one.
